Audio CD Player, Macintosh
 

The console Mac DVD-ROM drive will play audio CDs as well as DVDs.

If the Mac does not have an external eject button, either pressing and holding the F12 button or double clicking the Eject icon on the desktop will open the CD drive.

After you insert an audio CD and close the drive door, the Mac CD player application will automatically start. To get to the player application, double-click on the cd icon, and then double-click on the track of your choice. Most of the classroom technology Macs use I-Tunes.
